Mulled Rosemary Wine
You Will Need:
Rosemary, 2 sprigs, plus more for garnish
Fresh Cranberries, 2 cups
Cranberry Juice, 4 cups
Sugar, ½ cup
Orange Juice, 1 cup
Cinnamon Sticks, 4 each
Orange Liquor, 1 cup
Red Wine, 2 bottles, your favorite variety
Recipe Serves: 12
1. In a large saucepot, combine cranberries, cranberry juice, orange juice, and cinnamon sticks. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 20 minutes
2. Turn off heat and stir in sugar, liquor, and wine. Let steep 10 minutes, then strain.
3. Return punch to stove and keep warm until service.
4. Garnish with a strip of fresh orange peel and sprig of rosemary
