Dill Salad Dressing

You Will Need:

  • Dijon Mustard, 1.5 Tbsp.
  • White Wine Vinegar, 3 Tbsp.
  • Olive Oil, 1/3 cup
  • Dill, 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Chives, 1/4 cup, snipped
  • Tarragon, 2 Tbsp, chopped
  • Parsley, 3 Tbsp, chopped
  • Salt/Pepper, to taste

Recipe Serves: 1 Cup
Instructions:
1. Mix mustard with vinegar in a bowl.

2. Slowly whisk in the oil til combined.

3. After, add in the herbs and seasoning and adjust oil/vinegar if necessary.
