This seafood blend is great for marinating fish and shellfish. Simply chop one container of the herbs and combine with one bottle of your favorite red wine vinaigrette. Pour this marinade over shrimp, fish, or scallops before grilling.
Try this easy recipe for herb-marinated shrimp and scallops skewers: chop ½ cup of the herb blend. In a large bowl toss 1 lb shrimp with 1 lb scallops, 2 Tbsp olive oil, and the chopped herbs, then toss to coat. Place on metal skewers alternating shrimp and scallops. Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
You can add these chopped herbs to store bought tartar sauce for a delicious semi-homemade addition to your favorite fried fish dish.
